Question: I took the exam but I have some concerns about the exam and the testing experience. What should I do?
Answer: Candidates who have concerns regarding exam questions or the testing experience should submit their comments by fax: +1-407-937-1313 or by email: certification@theiia.org within 96 hours following the completion of an exam, for review by the Board of Regents prior to grading. Comments on exam questions must identify the general content of the question and briefly outline any perceived flaw. Candidate input is gratefully acknowledged and considered in the evaluation of the exam and the testing program.
