Question: “I just took the exam a few weeks ago. I have a few concerns regarding the content of the exam. I also have several comments regarding the test site. Whom should I contact to address these issues?”
Answer: Candidates who have comments or concerns regarding exam questions or the testing experience should submit their comments by fax (407-937-1313) or by e-mail to certification@theiia.org. The IIA must receive your feedback within 96 hours of completion of the exam. This deadline allows ample time for the Board of Regents to review candidate feedback prior to the grading process. Comments on exam questions must identify the general content of the question and briefly outline any perceived flaw. Candidate input is gratefully acknowledged and considered in the evaluation of the exam and the testing program.
