Have a Drink
Explanation: Drinking a lot of beverages can cause you to take numerous trips to the bathroom, thus distracting you from your studies. Drinks containing caffeine can cause dehydration, causing you discomfort and to lose focus. Cleaning up messes from spills can also take away valuable study time.
Fix: Quench your thirst with modest amounts of water. If caffeine is required to maintain your performance level, limit consumption to the minimum amount needed and drink water to help prevent dehydration.
